I attached a business card and went down and visited a football coach that I was trying to get in with. I introduced myself and dropped off a catalog. I told him that I saw that he had his annual football camp coming up and that we could personalize any one of the designs for the camp. He found a design he liked and placed an order for 200 shirts.   • Can I order more catalogs and how much are they?

    Additional catalogs can be ordered provided you maintain your subscription. Catalogs are sold in packs of 25. 25 catalogs are $2.00 each, 50 catalogs are $1.75 each, 100 catalogs are $1.50 each.

  • What is my total yearly investment?

    $29.99 for 12 months, a total of $359.88

  • What is the cost if I renew an annual plan?

    If you are on a 12 month subscription plan, after the first 12 months, your subscription will convert to month to month. Your cost will be $29.99 per month, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice by contacting our Customer Service Department by phone.

  • Can I cancel at any time?

    If you are on an 12 month annual plan, you can cancel at the end of the first 12 months, but you are financially committed for the first 12 months. If you are on a month to month plan, you can cancel with 30 days' notice.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    Annual Plan: If you are on an annual plan, your subscription will convert to month to month after the initial 12 month subscription period.   • How can I display these images on my website?

    One of the benefits of the subscription is a license to incorporate the design templates into your website provided they are displayed on a product rendering, the text is changed, they are below a specific resolution and they are in a format that prevents access to the original vector artwork. You are permitted to incorporate the templates in any website that you own, you subscribe to or your client's website. For instance, you can setup a web store with a personalized graphic on your website, or your client's website.

  • How can I display other Digital Art Solutions Graphics on my website?

    One of the benefits of the subscription is a license to incorporate templates from Digital Art Solutions art volume you own into your websites provided you maintain your subscription. The same usage restrictions for the Campus Apparel templates apply to graphics. Web usage is not permitted under the Digital Art Solutions licensing agreements, therefore your Campus Apparel Marketing System Licensing System subscription grants you a special license to incorporate the templates in any website that you own, you subscribe to or your client's website provided you maintain an active subscription.

  • Can I add this to my DecoNetwork or Inksoft web sites?

    You can incorporate static templates on a product rendering into ecommerce website you subscribe to such as DecoNetwork or Inksoft provided you maintain your subscription. The licensing agreement does not permit the templates to be incorporated into an online design tool or feature that allows the end-user to place the template onto a product rendering or submit design changes.

  • When will I have access to new Campus Apparel templates?

    New design templates are released on a monthly basis and are available for download from the Campus Apparel Marketing System subscriber's website. Templates are provided as editable CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator files. In addition a PDF marketing piece is provided that displays each template, variations of each template and a concept page with examples of the templates on products. The PDF marketing piece is optimized and secured for distribution via email. It is also printable at high resolution.

  • Will I have access to past Campus Apparel templates?

    Templates from the current month and two months back will be available for download on the Campus Apparel Marketing System subscriber's website. Smart Designer Pro owners will be able to download the previous Quarter's content using the Graphics Cast function built into Smart Designer Pro. Once a new Quarter is posted too the Graphics Cast function, the previous quarter will be removed.

  • Will you update the Campus Apparel Marketing System Catalog?

    A new catalog will be provided on an annual basis. Provided you maintain your subscription, you be able to purchase the new catalog and the templates that are provided with it.

  • Will this work with Smart Designer, if so, what version?

    Each template is designed to work with Smart Designer X4.5, Smart Designer Creative Assistant and Smart Designer Pro. The templates from the Campus Apparel Marketing System will install directly into Smart Designer. Downloadable templates can be edited interactively using the Property Editor function of Smart Designer. Smart Designer Pro includes a Graphics Cast capability that will allow users to download and install the templates, sales sheets and fonts from within Smart Designer Pro.

  • Will this work with just CorelDRAW, if so, what version?

    If you do not own Smart Designer, you can still edit the templates using the tools of CorelDRAW X4 or higher.

  • Can I use different clipart, fonts or design elements in the templates?

    The templates are fully editable so you can change every attribute of the template including the clipart, fonts or design elements. In addition, the templates can be resized for any product, personalized and re-colored.

  • What production processes can I use with the templates?

    The templates were designed specifically for screen printing, direct to garment printing, heat transfers and sublimation printing. The templates can be adapted for multi-decoration graphics as well as heat applied graphics produced with a vinyl cutter.

  • Will this work with Adobe Illustrator, if so, what version?

    You can edit the templates using the tools of Adobe Illustrator CS3 or higher for both Mac and Windows.

  • Are the templates compatible with a Mac operating system?

    The templates are compatible with Adobe Illustrator for Mac, however the templates from the Campus Apparel Marketing System Tool Kit CD must be installed on a Windows operating system and transferred to a Mac computer. The templates can also be installed on a Mac computer that is running Parallels, Bootcamp or any other software that emulates a Windows operating system. The downloadable templates can be accessed directly on a Mac computer.

  • Who will edit my templates if I don't own any graphic software?

    We have contracted with Idea Custom Solutions to provide customized graphics services for Campus Apparel Marketing System subscribers. You will be able to submit changes for specific templates directly to Idea Custom Solutions and they will customize the template for a specific school, activity or event. They can also provide you with customized marketing flyers and virtual samples.

  • What if I don't do any decorating myself?

    The artwork was designed so professional contract printers can produce products with the templates from the Campus Apparel Marketing System. You can source a local contract printer for screen printing or digital printing and provide them with the artwork for production.

  • Do I have to use a credit or debit card?

    A subscription to the Campus Apparel Marketing System requires a credit card or debit card.

  • When will my credit card be billed next?

    Your billing cycle will be on the same monthly day as your original invoice date. If you were originally invoiced for your subscription on July 15, your first payment will be processed on August 15.
