If you require support on an older version of a software program, please contact Digital Art Solutions Technical Support for information on your support options.

Microsoft and software manufacturers often make necessary adjustments to their products. Make sure you are up to date with the most current releases of the software you have purchased from Digital Art Solutions.

Supported Software Products

DAS provides free technical support for the most current versions of DAS software products. Software products that integrate with CorelDRAW X6 or X7 are supported with Windows 7 or Windows 8.1 only. We can no longer provided support for Windows 10 and software products that integrate with CorelDRAW X7 or lower. This policy parallels the support policy of Corel Corporation. With the exception of providing activation assistance with a compatible operating system, we no longer provide support for Smart Designer X4.5 or older. Older software versions may not be compatible with Windows 7, Windows 8.1 or Windows 10 and cannot be activated. For this reason, we strongly recommend upgrading to CorelDRAW X8 or 2017 and the last versions of DAS software. We no longer support software in Windows XP or Windows Vista.

We highly recommend that you DO NOT upgrade to Windows 10 before checking with both your software and equipment suppliers regarding compatiblity.

Digital Art Solutions provides service patches for our currently supported software including StoneCut, StoneCut Pro, Smart Designer Pro and Rhinestone Designer. We do not support or service patches for Windows XP or Vista or discontinued software.
