Issue: Not Responding after Applying Color Swap feature

Corel DRAW: Graphics Suite X7 also known as Version 17

Corel DRAW X7/Smart Designer Pro users will need to have the latest service packs installed.
1.) Check for Updates in Corel DRAW.  Go to Help  --> Updates.  Download and install all latest updates.

2.) Check SD PRO Program Version.  Go to Activation in the Command Center docker.  See Smart Designer Pro Program Version.  If you do not have version installed, please request a software update by completing our online form here:

Recommended workaround steps in Smart Designer Pro:
1.) Once all updates have been applied, use the "Consolidate Spot Color" feature.  This is in Color Management.  This will update the colors in the design to the new Pantone color palettes.  We recommend using a Pantone Matching System Solid Coated color palette.

2.) Merge Colors feature is no longer needed.  You can use Swap Color and select two colors to merge them.  Same results with more control.

3.) If you have any further questions or concerns, please submit a support request online and provide the version of Corel DRAW and SD PRO Program Version you are running.  Digital Art Solutions Support Request Form Link:

4.) Corel DRAW Graphics Suite X7 Service Pack 3 should correct this issue.  This is Corel DRAW Version 17.3....
