Issue: You may experience "Clipart Browser Not Found" when attempting to open the Clipart Browser.  Corel DRAW Graphics Suite, Smart Designer or Eurosystems cutting software freezes when booting up.  There have been known reports of the Digital Art Solutions software, listed above, that would unexpectedly crash and produce a "not responding" message.

Operating System: Windows 8, Windows 7
Software: Smart Designer Pro
Cause:
CCleaner and other type of registry cleaners have been known to corrupt Smart Designer Pro.  Due to reported issues and troubleshooting, we have determined that certain files in the registry can be "cleaned" and filtered out by the registry cleaner software causing Smart Designer Pro to not load properly.  You may experience "Clipart Browser Not Found" when attempting to open the Clipart Browser.
Fix:
1.) Run Repair on Corel DRAW (use EXE if you have the digital download, use the disc if you have the physical disc version)
2.) Obtain latest SD Pro service pack (sdprox7.exe file) link from Digital Art Solutions Technical Support by filling out this form here: http://www.digitalartsolutions.com/support/updates/
3.) Download and run service pack
Recommended Steps:
We recommend uninstalling registry cleaners or fully disabling the scans as they can corrupt the installation of Smart Designer Pro.  Please contact Digital Art Solutions Technical Support if you have any further questions or concerns.
