When opening or importing an EPS file brings in a grey box to your workspace you will need to try a couple of different methods to get the file imported correctly.

The first method:

1) Go to File -> Import to open the import window

2) Change the file type to specificly only look for .eps files. This can be down by changing the dropdown box to .

3) Try importing a normal EPS file.

The second method:

1) Got to File -> Open

2) Open up an EPS file.

If neither of these methods are working. Please resave the .eps file and then attempt to open it again using these methods.
